Meet San-Mari

San-Mari graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2013 and thereafter completed her community service year in Rustenburg.

Her love for orthopaedic rehabilitation started in private practice in Rustenburg and has remained her primary passion since moving back to Cape Town in 2018.

She started her own practice in 2021 in Gardens and has been working alongside Helene in Rosebank since April 2022.

San-Mari treats all neuromusculoskeletal conditions and sport injuries but she has a special interest in ankle and foot conditions.

She strives to empower her patients, to educate them about their bodies and assist them in setting and achieving their goals. She uses various hands-on techniques, taping and exercise rehabilitation during her treatments.

San-Mari is also a trained Pilates instructor, adventurer, fitness enthusiast and animal lover.

Meet Sandra

Sandra Laubscher graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2014 and completed her community service year in Rustenburg in 2015. She then joined a big practice in Johannesburg, where she discovered her true love in treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

In 2018, she moved back to Porterville (her hometown, neighbour town to Piketberg) and opened her own practice, where she continued to treat a vast range of conditions, but her interest in ankle and foot injuries was triggered by meeting Helene. As a friend of San-Mari, Sandra also discovered a keen interest in anything from spinal pain and sport injuries to stroke recovery and chest infections.

In Sandra’s free time she enjoys reading and engaging in something creative as well as spending time outdoors doing exercise.

As a small-town girl, Sandra really enjoys connecting with her patients and  has brought her warmth and charm to the Mother City.
